ElleVet Hemp Oil is our original product and the exact blend that is used in our clinical trials. Oils come in three sizes, all with a potency of 70mg/mL hemp extract. Our oils include a syringe or dropper for precise administration, making them a great choice for dogs under 6 lbs. They are also the most economical choice for very large dogs. ElleVet oil can be given with food, administered directly in the mouth, or put in empty capsules that can be added to oil orders.

FAQs

Does the oil have a smell?
Because our product is made with highly concentrated Complete Spectrum hemp extract, you will likely notice an aroma of the plant matter that goes into the oil. If your pet is especially sensitive to strong smells, you can add empty capsules to your oil order to mask the smell, or they may prefer the Soft Gels to the Oils since the Soft Gels mask the smell rather effectively.
How do I administer the oil?
We recommend administering ElleVet Hemp Oil at mealtime for best absorption, or placing it inside a capsule (which are free to add to your order). The Oil can also be administered directly into your pet’s mouth if you prefer. Soft Gels are a great alternative if your pet does not like the taste or smell of the oil or you find it difficult to fill the capsules.
How do I know what size oil to buy?
All oil sizes contain our Complete Spectrum Proprietary Hemp Oil. To select the best size for your dog, we’d recommend consulting our administration guide to get a sense of the daily amount you expect to give your dog. From there, you can calculate how many days a bottle of each size will last, and select the size that best fits your budget and lifestyle. How to use the syringe in 4 easy steps:

  • 1. Shake gently before use. Use weight chart to determine the amount needed. Insert provided syringe into the center of adapter.
  • 2. Flip bottle and syringe upside down and let the air pocket settle in the bottle.
  • 3. Draw syringe handle down to the amount needed. Note: do not remove syringe while the bottle is inverted.
  • 4. Flip bottle upright and hold bottle firmly in one hand while removing syringe with the other.

Give orally twice daily, morning and evening, according to weight and support type. Give at mealtime for best absorption. Amounts may be gradually increased, even doubled, to achieve desired results.
